1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by IXL Public Adjuster, LLC (“IXL PA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 2. Our Services
IXL Public Adjuster, LLC is a licensed public adjusting firm that represents policyholders in the preparation, documentation, and negotiation of insurance claims. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing and interpreting insurance policies to identify applicable coverage
Conducting on-site property inspections and documenting all damage
Preparing, filing, and managing insurance claims on your behalf
Communicating and negotiating with your insurance company throughout the claims process
Representing clients in appraisal proceedings and dispute resolution
Handling claims for fire, smoke, water, flood, wind, storm, roof, mold, structural damage, theft, vandalism, business interruption, and catastrophic loss
Managing large-scale commercial property claims, multi-policy, and multi-site claims
IXL PA does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm. When litigation or legal counsel is warranted, we will coordinate with and refer you to qualified legal professionals.
3. Client Engagement & Fees
3. 1. Representation Agreement
Formal representation requires the execution of a written Public Adjuster Representation Agreement.
This agreement will specify the scope of services, fee structure, and all terms of engagement.
No binding representation relationship is created by your use of this website alone.
3. 2. Free Structure
Our fees are contingency-based, meaning we are compensated as a percentage of your insurance settlement.
The specific percentage will be disclosed and agreed upon in your signed representation agreement, in compliance with applicable state regulations.
We do not charge upfront fees.
3. 3. No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently to maximize every claim, IXL PA cannot and does not guarantee any specific settlement amount, outcome, or timeframe.
The final resolution of a claim is subject to your insurance policy terms, applicable law, and the determination of your insurer.
4. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
IXL Public Adjuster, LLC operates in accordance with all applicable state licensing requirements governing public adjusters.
We adhere to all applicable statutes, regulations, and ethical standards established by relevant licensing authorities.
Clients are encouraged to verify our licensure status through their state’s department of insurance.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your property and insurance coverage
Grant reasonable access to the damaged property for inspection and documentation
Promptly notify us of any direct communications you receive from your insurance company
Cooperate fully and in good faith throughout the claims process
Refrain from making any admissions, settlements, or releases to the insurance company without our prior knowledge
6. Confidentiality
All information shared with IXL PA in connection with your claim is treated as confidential.
We will not disclose your personal or claim-related information to unauthorized third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process your claim.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and documentation, is the property of IXL Public Adjuster, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by IXL PA shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the representation agreement as permitted by the terms of that agreement and applicable law.
Termination of representation does not extinguish any obligations accrued prior to termination, including any fee earned on a settlement reached.
These Terms of Service, to the extent they apply to website use, remain in effect indefinitely.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
